Bring long sleeves and pants made of natural fiber (denim, leather, cotton) and a water bottle.
Earn your Blacksmithing Merit Badge with your fellow Guild Members!!
No experience is necessary so long as you're prepared to swing a hammer.
Class Expectations:
Blacksmithing merit badge textbook
Basic understanding of Blacksmithing
Blacksmithing safety
Hammer and Forging techniques
Basic metallurgy
What you’ll take home: A pair of Blacksmithing Tongs forged by you
Course length: 5 - 7 hours
Experience requirement: none
Equipment needed: Natural Fiber Clothing (Jeans, long sleeves and sturdy leather boots are required) NO NYLON!!
All protective equipment will be provided
