About the Event
This is not a fashion accessory workshop. You’ll be working with full hides of vegetable-tanned leather, cutting your own straps, shaping tapered ends, hand-stitching structural sections, setting copper rivets, and finishing the belt properly with burnishing and oil.
By the end of the day, you will walk away with:
A finished, functional ranger belt
A solid understanding of how leather behaves and how to select usable sections of a hide
Experience cutting straps and taper pieces
Practice marking, punching, and saddle stitching
